Terms of Use for IgnitionSync

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the IgnitionSync Staff Admin Console and mobile application (the "Service") operated by [Your Company Name] ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. IgnitionSync is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to help service-based businesses manage their operations, including but not limited to job creation, client management, scheduling, quoting, and billing. The Service is accessible via a web-based console and a mobile application.

2. User Accounts

  • Registration: To use the Service, you must register for an account and provide certain information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Authorized Users: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your organization's account, including the actions of any staff members or other authorized users you grant access to.

3. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment

  • Subscription Plans: The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the recurring fees associated with that plan.
  • Billing: We use a third-party payment processor to bill you through a payment account linked to your account. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the payment processor in addition to these Terms.
  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your account management page or by contacting us.

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to:

5. User Content

  • Your Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the information, data, text, photos, and other materials you upload to the Service ("Your Content").
  • Our License to Use: By submitting Your Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you and your authorized users.
  • Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for Your Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant us the license to Your Content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

9. Limitation of Liability
